A Simple Adult Wellness Program
10-Minute Vibe Wellness Initiative™
Simple Steps. Real Life. More Energy.
THE SHODIPO~ASIMOLOWO FOUNDATION
With Grace, We Go!!!
Begin with a short movement routine that feels possible in real life.
Build consistency at a pace that respects your body and your starting point.
Choose one realistic nutrition habit at a time and make it sustainable.
Getting Healthier Should Not Feel Complicated.
You should not need a gym. You should not need expensive equipment. You should not need a complicated diet. And you should not have to change your entire life overnight.
You just have to start.
The program begins with 10 minutes of movement, three times a week and one realistic food change at a time.
That's it.
The goal is to make wellness understandable enough that a third grader could explain it.
Because ten minutes feels possible.
A person who has not exercised in years may look at a 45-minute workout and decide not to start.
But ten minutes? You can try ten minutes.
And once ten minutes becomes comfortable, the participant decides whether to do more.
No pressure. No shame. No competition.
Progress happens one small step at a time.
Start with your basics. Put safety first. Then move.
Enter Your Basics
Begin with a few simple pieces of information: age, height, weight, current activity level, and any physical limitations.
Safety First
Answer a few basic safety questions before beginning or advancing an exercise routine.
Choose Your Routine
Select chair or standing movements that match your ability, then complete the three-song set.
The program may calculate BMI as a general screening measurement, but BMI is never treated as a person's value, identity, or complete picture of health.
Someone with concerning symptoms—such as new or worsening leg discoloration, unusual swelling, wounds, significant breathing problems, chest symptoms, fainting, or other concerning changes—should receive appropriate medical evaluation before beginning or advancing an exercise program.
The program does not diagnose medical conditions. Its job is to help people move safely once movement is appropriate for them.
No stopwatch necessary. Put on approximately three songs.
Warm Up
Easy movement. Wake the body up.
Move
Depending on ability, try marching in place, seated marching, arm raises, easy side steps, sit-to-stands, heel raises, or wall-supported movements.
Cool Down
Slow the movement. Relax. Breathe. Done. Ten minutes.
Everybody does not start in the same place. That is okay.
For someone who needs additional support or has limited mobility.
- Seated marching
- Arm movements
- Gentle leg extensions
- Supported heel raises
- Modified sit-to-stands
For participants comfortable exercising while standing.
As strength and endurance improve, the routine can gradually advance.
The goal isn't to prove how hard someone can exercise.
The goal is to keep coming back.
There is no deadline for moving to another level.
Level 1
10 minutes, three times each week. Stay here as long as necessary.
Level 2
Add approximately two minutes when the routine starts feeling comfortable.
Level 3
Add additional movement, time, or variety gradually.
Your body. Your pace. Your progress.
Change one thing.
The Foundation is not asking people to suddenly stop eating everything they enjoy.
- Drink water more often.
- Add a fruit.
- Add a vegetable.
- Choose a smaller portion.
- Share a large side.
- Eat one less fried item.
- Stop eating when comfortably full.
Master one change. Then choose another. The goal is to build habits that someone can actually maintain.
Success is bigger than a number on a scale.
- Did I complete my three sessions this week?
- Do I have more energy?
- Is walking becoming easier?
- Am I breathing easier during activity?
- Do my legs feel stronger?
- Can I stand longer?
- Am I sleeping better?
- Do everyday activities feel easier?
Those improvements matter.
Does this actually work in real life?
The first version of the 10-Minute Vibe Wellness Initiative™ is designed to be tested privately with members of Chinese Connection Dub Embassy (CCDE) who choose to participate.
The pilot is not about putting anyone's body on display. It is about asking real people whether this approach works in real life.
Participants help us answer:
- Was it easy to understand?
- Was 10 minutes realistic?
- Which exercises worked?
- Which exercises didn't?
- What made you want to continue?
- What made you want to stop?
- What should we change?
Their feedback helps THE SHODIPO~ASIMOLOWO FOUNDATION build something better for everyone.
A few simple steps, adapted to the person.

The person should not have to adapt to the program.
Healthy Bodies. Stronger Communities. Brighter Tomorrow.
We are not chasing perfect bodies. We are building healthier lives. We are not demanding overnight transformation. We are teaching consistency. We are not asking people to become athletes. We are asking them to move today… and come back again tomorrow.10 minutes. Three times a week. One food change at a time.
Small changes can become habits. Habits can change lives.
