A Living Virtual Circle

INTERNATIONAL GRACE'S BRUNCH™ is a private, invitation-only virtual event held ONLINE ONLY at 11:00 AM EST, connecting brilliant Black WOMEN across the United States, Nigeria, the Caribbean, and the wider African diaspora.

It is more than an online brunch.

It is a living virtual circle of knowledge, culture, faith, health, technology, agriculture, creativity, sisterhood, and service.

No single voice leads the entire virtual circle because no single WOMAN represents the whole movement. Every WOMAN joins online with something the others need and logs off with something SHE did not have before.

The Leadership

Rooted in service. Built collectively.

Initiative Lead

Mrs. Vivian Johnson

Mrs. Vivian Johnson serves as the Initiative Lead and the Nigerian face of INTERNATIONAL GRACE'S BRUNCH™.

Vivian is a pastor, therapist, wife, mother of four, and service-driven Nigerian WOMAN based in Benin, Nigeria. Her work brings together faith, mental wellness, marriage and family support, youth development, sisterhood, and community care.

Vivian will help lead the Nigerian circle and connect the vision to the WOMEN, families, and communities it is intended to serve.

Founding United States Virtual Circle

Created and hosted by Dr. Olabisi Omolara Pluck ~ Asimolowo, M.D.

Founder and ChairWoman of THE SHODIPO~ASIMOLOWO FOUNDATION.

Gylynthia Elaine Trotman, M.D. will help assemble the founding circle and coordinate the first virtual event. Dr. Leslie and Auntie Titi will help shape its cultural, intellectual, and sisterhood standards.

Vivian does not stand alone as the face of the movement. All participating WOMEN collectively represent GRACE'S BRUNCH™.

The Initial Circle

The initial circle will include twenty carefully selected Black WOMEN:

  • Ten selected by Dr. Olabisi Omolara Pluck ~ Asimolowo.
  • Ten selected by Gylynthia Elaine Trotman, M.D.

The vision is collectively built. No WOMAN is invited merely to watch from the screen; every voice matters.

Come as HERSELF

Nothing to prove. Nothing to perform.

Every invited WOMAN is asked to join from HER own space as HERSELF.

  • Natural hair. No wigs or weaves.
  • Barefaced or minimal natural makeup.
  • Natural nails.
  • No false eyelashes or artificial nails.
  • Comfortable at-home weekend clothing.
The Purpose Is Freedom

Join without pressure to be manufactured, packaged, or socially perfect.

Nothing to prove. Nothing to perform. No pressure to appear on screen looking manufactured, professionally packaged, or socially perfect.

The purpose is not uniformity. The purpose is freedom—the freedom for a Black WOMAN to connect online with other accomplished Black WOMEN without feeling that SHE must decorate, disguise, minimize, or exaggerate HERSELF to belong.

The Virtual Cultural Exchange

Every dish shared on screen carries a story.

Each WOMAN prepares or selects a homemade or personally meaningful cultural dish in HER own home, then presents it during the virtual event. The food and its story become part of the online conversation.

Every dish shared virtually should be accompanied by its story:

  • Where it comes from.
  • Who taught HER to prepare it.
  • What ingredients it contains.
  • Known allergens.
  • Its nutritional value.
  • The tradition or memory connected to it.
  • What it means to the family or community from which it came.

Across screens, the virtual circle becomes a living archive of Black nourishment—African, Caribbean, African American, and diasporic.

While joining from different locations, we document what has fed us, what has sustained us, what has been lost, and what must be protected.

The First Global Theme

GOING BACK HOME TO FEED OUR PEOPLE

The inaugural GRACE'S BRUNCH™ will focus on agriculture and its direct relationship to clean water, sustainable energy, nutrition, health, economic independence, and rural survival.

The Central Question

How do we help forgotten communities feed themselves with dignity?

  1. What crops grow naturally and reliably in the communities we want to serve?
  2. What barriers prevent local people—especially WOMEN and families—from growing, storing, processing, or selling food?
  3. Where is food being lost because of poor transportation, inadequate storage, lack of refrigeration, water insecurity, or unreliable electricity?
  4. What knowledge already exists among farmers, elders, market WOMEN, mothers, and local communities that outsiders routinely overlook?
  5. What practical project can we build by connecting agriculture, clean water, and solar energy?

The goal is not to arrive with a foreign solution and impose it.

The goal is to listen, identify what already works, strengthen local knowledge, and build something sustainable with the people who will live with the result.

The Virtual Brunch Experience

From online connection to responsible action.

The virtual event begins with a private online welcome and an on-screen sharing of dishes prepared in each participant's own home. Each WOMAN introduces HERSELF through the dish and story SHE shares—not merely through HER title or résumé.

The online program then moves through four connected virtual sessions:

1

The Foundation Session

The WOMEN examine the work, programs, and global direction of THE SHODIPO~ASIMOLOWO FOUNDATION.

2

The Global Challenges Session

The WOMEN identify the problems they believe require urgent Black WOMAN-led attention.

3

The Contribution Circle

Each WOMAN names the knowledge, relationship, resource, experience, or access SHE is willing to contribute.

4

The Action Circle

The group decides what can move from conversation into responsible action.

The virtual brunch does not end with inspiration alone.

Every WOMAN should log off with:

  • One new resource.
  • One meaningful introduction.
  • One area of knowledge.
  • One initiative SHE can strengthen.
  • One specific action SHE has agreed to take.
The AI Intelligence Exchange

Practical intelligence for expanded capacity.

Each WOMAN will contribute one useful piece of practical intelligence from HER work with artificial intelligence:

  • One prompt.
  • One habit.
  • One workflow.
  • One boundary.
  • One lesson.
  • One warning.
  • One way AI has saved HER time or expanded HER capacity.

Each contribution may remain private, be shared anonymously, or be credited to the WOMAN—with HER explicit permission.

Following the virtual event, each participant will receive a private WITH GRACE, SHE GOES™ AI Working Card containing the approved tools, prompts, practices, resources, and next actions shared during the online sessions.

Privacy Before Publicity

Honesty comes before visibility.

The founding circle must shape the initiative before the outside world is invited into it.

Nothing is publicly announced, promoted, published, or presented as final until the founding WOMEN have met virtually, spoken honestly, and helped determine what GRACE'S BRUNCH™ should become.

Private stories remain private. No WOMAN's photograph, words, ideas, or personal experience will be published without HER consent.

In all supporting public imagery, the WOMEN remain anonymous. No identifiable face is used without explicit permission. This protection allows the virtual circle to become honest before it becomes visible.

The Greater Vision

Many locations. One global virtual conversation.

INTERNATIONAL GRACE'S BRUNCH™ will connect WOMEN across continents through coordinated online circles.

WOMEN in different countries will join from their own homes or chosen spaces, prepare their own food, identify their communities' needs, and connect through one global virtual conversation.

Each WOMAN remains rooted in HER local community while the online mission becomes international.

The WOMEN do not come online merely to discuss the world. They connect virtually to change what happens next.

WITH GRACE, SHE GOES!!!
